Whether you just have some questions about how to organize your photos or you need help removing a nasty virus, we’re here to help.   Our rates are simple — $49/hr for on-site assistance, and $35/hr if you bring your problem to our office.  We also offer remote desktop support at $35/hr.

Here’s a partial list of services we have provided:

  • Computer cleaning and optimization
  • Virus and spyware removal
  • Computer security audit/consultation
  • Computer hardware diagnostic and repair
  • Setup of automatic backup (to hard drives or the web)
  • Email setup and troubleshooting
  • Migration of data from old to new PC
  • Data recovery from deleted files or bad hard drives
  • Wireless network setup and troubleshooting
  • Computer memory and storage upgrades

We do support Apple computers as well, and can help with training, software issues, and limited hardware issues.

Note: If you are further than 10 miles from the university, there will be a surcharge of $1/mile to cover your student’s transportation expenses.
