In today’s labor force, the skill sets and intelligence of students are vastly underutilized. All too often, someone who is a straight-A English or Computer Engineering major might end up working a minimum wage (or unpaid!) internship because it’s the best thing they can find. Part of our mission is to displace those jobs with REAL jobs that are fun, pay much better, and leverage the valuable skills that students have already cultivated for years.
From a customer’s perspective, working with students also makes a ton of sense. Students are friendly, motivated, and always learning. This makes for a refreshing and different customer experience, which is clearly evident in our customer surveys: 96.1% of customers found the student(s) pleasant to work with, and 98.0% would recommend us to a friend.
